Some Mortgage Acceleration companies charge a fee just to get a simple preliminary analysis, we do not. Also, in some cases, companies can charge up to $4,000 to use their program. We give out free analyses to everyone and the cost to use our program is substantially less than the other programs that are available.
The main risk is that MORTGAGE ACCELERATION programs require a certain level of discipline. If you abuse the program, you will have access to a higher amount of liquid cash than you are accustomed to. Because of this, you run the risk of doing what so many other Americans do: spend more money than you make.
To account for this potential risk, we make every effort to educate, prepare, and prevent you from treating MORTGAGE ACCELERATION like any other program.
